HONG KONG, 20 January 2025 – 33 Financial Services Limited (“The Company”) would like to clarify and address a recent statement and marketing materials that have been circulated regarding our partnership with Softbank Card (“SBC”), which are misleading and false.

The Company has not signed any partnership agreement with SBC. Any claims suggesting that we are entering into a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with SBC, which would grant SBC full operational authorization and card issuing rights for Mastercard, UnionPay International, and American Express, are untrue and misleading.

Please note that The Company has no connection to the fraudulent statements and marketing materials. We have reported the matter to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

We encourage our customers to verify any statements regarding our partnerships directly through our official channels.
