Announcement Regarding Suspension of New Applications for 33FS Prepaid Personal Cards

Dear Customer,

In order to continuously provide you with high-quality services and to enhance product experience, we are reviewing and optimizing our existing prepaid personal card services. Effective from 3 April 2026 (inclusive), we will suspend the acceptance of new applications for Prepaid Personal Cards until further notice. Existing Cardholders of Prepaid Personal Cards may continue to use their cards in accordance with the valid period stated on the card and the applicable terms and conditions. Details are as follows:

1. Effective Date of Suspension

New applications for Prepaid Personal Cards will be suspended from 3 April 2026 (inclusive).

1. Rights of Existing Cardholders
2. Existing Cardholders of Prepaid Personal Cards may continue to use their cards without impact.
3. If a card is lost, stolen, or damaged during its valid period, please follow our existing procedures for notification and replacement (subject to the applicable replacement policy) or contact our customer service hotline for assistance.
4. The service terms, fees, balance retention period, and other rights and obligations relating to existing prepaid personal cards shall remain as set out in the applicable terms and conditions or announcements. Any changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate means.
