  • September 11, 21, & 22: 01:00 – 02:00

  • November 20: 01:00 – 02:00

Impacted Services: During these windows, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • All Prepaid Card services

  • Cardholder Login Portal

  • 33 eWallet mobile application

Please be advised that the 33 Financial Services American Express Gift Card and Personal Prepaid Card services will be discontinued effective 05 Nov 2026. The last date for all prepaid card transactions will be 04 Nov 2026.
