IT Software and System Support Specialist

What You Will Do:

Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external customers.
Assist in the development, testing (UAT), and implementation of IT products such as e-Wallet
applications and e-Payment systems.
Participate in system design discussions from conceptual to production stages.
Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and external partners to resolve technical issues.
Support the rollout of new products and features, including user training and documentation.
Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in IT support, system administration, or software implementation.
Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, Linux
Shell).
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, and API integration concepts.
Familiarity with system security monitoring technologies and data security disaster recovery/backup
technologies, as well as experience in incident response.
Experience with banking, credit card, prepaid card, payment systems, or e-wallet businesses is a plus.
Experience supporting digital products (mobile apps or web platforms) is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and continuous self-learning skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
